As the Executive Director, Kyaira leads BWB in strategic planning and program implementation. Kyaira will be responsible for overseeing the budget and successful implementation of our therapy cohort.

Kyaira also serves as an Environmental Protection Specialist at the District Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). She has over 6 years of experience working in the non-profit sector at the Manager and Director level. Kyaira and co-founder, Courtne Dixon (below), are both alumna of Howard University and began Black Women Benefit after recognizing the disparities that Black women face in achieving wellness.
